Are Vaccines safe?

What if I were to tell you that you can prevent yourself from getting a certain disease. Well luckily there is something called vaccines. Vaccines are particles that get you prepared or tries to get you prepared against certain diseases like chicken pox. Kids usually get vaccinated 25 times between the age 0-18.  Recently, vaccines have been in the news because they are becoming controversial.

Some people believe that vaccine are bad and should not be allowed like some have concerns that the vaccine side effects seem worse than the actual disease. Some people do not like that the vaccines contain toxins like mercury, aluminum. When children aren’t vaccinated, they are most likely to get diseases easier. Immunization is the most effective when doctors are trying to help fight disease, over medicine and stressful operations.

So do vaccines actually work? Yes they do. Vaccines usually have an 80 to 95 percent chance to actually work.  They help fight off diseases and can help you fight off diseases in the future.  Vaccines are worth it to try to fight off diseases to protect the present and the future populations from getting diseases.
